Every time I look at them, the innocence and the arrogance culminating in the same frame stuns you. It comes, goes back, comes again with rejuvenated strength and then disappears before emerging again. Every time, it comes back – a bit more stronger, with more conviction but very fragile at the same time. Anything builtContinue reading “Waves of Life”

Animal – Vengeance Reloaded
I could derive a few meaningful lessons from Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’. Yes, amidst all the criticism despite blockbuster Box Office numbers, I decided to watch the movie, exempt from certain prejudices and expectations. First things first. ‘Animal’, ‘Kabir Singh’ and ‘Arjun Reddy’ are not the first films in Indian Cinema to depict and propelContinue reading “Animal – Vengeance Reloaded”
A Sunday in Sand
Dunbar did have moments of glory – a quite coastal town that has shades of North Berwick (the similarities are evidently visible), a very silent, sleepy town with the only salient features being the exquisite sand, the glittering waters and the semblance of sunshine.

Fireball
There is a significance to the enigmatic concept of ‘Fireball’. All the anger rolled out in a cushion ball and intended to target hostility with persuasive aggression while at the same time, conveying the message of pain and perseverance with a pinch of frustration and audacity. Looks attractive from the outside, burns inside with fury.Continue reading “Fireball”
Friday Monologue
I wish it was an eclipse – an evil collapse of the inevitable and an attempt to rise beyond the natural. My wish is no one’s command, but it certainly is the ask of the hour. Not to unravel the blemishes of self but a plea to open those doors of vision for me toContinue reading “Friday Monologue”
